An Antique English sewing table featuring a woven top and lower shelf surface with a rich bamboo rattan structure. A hinged top reveals a removable storage box lined in wood. This was used as a storage box for sewing notions. Legs are fashioned in a striking burnt bamboo with sides and top in a woven grass textile.
Condition: Imperfections and Wear to woven top and sides ( one side missing some woven textile as shown). One compartment inside had narrower edge ( purely cosmetic) please peruse pictures attached. Some imperfections in reed bamboo strip, but minor, commiserate with age and history.
Structurally sound. Nice size where you want to fill a corner!
