Large Burlwood Coffee / Cocktail Table
Stunning early 1970’s Attributed to Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin coffee table in striking burlwood veneer. Bold, low-profile proportions with beautiful burl figuring throughout an iconic Baughman look that works perfectly in both mid-century and modern interiors. The top is bookmatched into a repeating “butterfly/Rorschach” pattern, and the base is a clean, blocky plinth-leg. Last photo is of a vintage advertisement showing a matching table as a reference
Condition: Good vintage condition. Minor wear consistent with age and use, including some very minor damage to the top (see photos for detail) and a couple small veneer chips on the feet
