Dating to the mid-20th century Modern period, they are crafted from beautiful green onyx with white and deep red veining. Two gilt metal hinged bands separate the slightly domed, semi-spherical sections, carved and polished. Intact and free of chips or breaks, they show only minimal signs of age, limited to light wear to the gilt metal bands. See less
