The front is sumptuously inlaid with wood leaves arranged in butterfly wings, enriched at the bottom with a floral motif in light and stained wood, revealing refined and masterful craftsmanship. The finely chiseled gilt bronze keyhole escutcheons frame a functional lock, complete with its matching key. The interior features three large adjustable shelves on racks, their edges also inlaid, demonstrating meticulous attention to every detail, even the most subtle. The cabinet is crowned with a sculpted marble top with a crow's beak edge, adding a contrasting mineral touch to the richness of the wood. The curved uprights are adorned at the top with gilt bronze mounts depicting acanthus leaves, while the entire edge of the piece is highlighted by a brass molding, terminating in finely sculpted bronze sabots.
At the bottom, a carved and undulating crossbar supports bronze mounts decorated with scrolls and acanthus leaves, enhancing the overall decorative harmony. A distinctive piece, both functional and decorative, ideal for showcasing works of art or collections in a refined interior.
