Each figure stands gracefully, dressed in elaborate robes adorned with auspicious motifs and flowing patterns. Each tenderly holds a richly painted bird with lovely plumage which were signs of harmony, prosperity, and good fortune in Chinese culture. The faces of the figures are carved with serene expressions and elongated features characteristic of late Qing aesthetics, while the garments display deep, layered polychromy with scrolling designs, floral elements, and symbolic ornamentation.
