Truly lovely and subtle original acrylic on paper from a listed American artist (deceased) based in Washington, D.C. - David Yerkes.
Subject is clearly a perfect swatch of Northern Italy, portrayed by the delicate hand of a talented artist.
Green, black, pink, gray, and burnt orange...a mid-century vibe with truly elegant presentation.
18.5" tall by 22.25" wide - custom framing for sure. Beautiful silver and black molding with museum style pure white mat - with a pen line...excellent! - to be sure the viewer concentrates on the beautiful subject.

So, with each listing we offer a true confession about the item...we were INCREDIBLY lucky to find two of Yerkes original paintings in a very fine Northern Virginia estate.
