We are selling this fine pencil study of a Landscape scene by Hudson River School Artist William Hart. This pencil on paper scene features a simple landscape with a lake, it is signed in the lower right Wm. Hart and sketch for picture. William McDougal Hart (1823-1894) was a Scottish American artist member of the Hudson River School and National Academy. The reverse has old Frederick Loeser & Co label on framing, it has disintegrated since photographed.
Condition: Good condition, not examined outside the frame. The label has since partially disintegrated on the back.
