Antique Qing Dynasty Kendi in excellent used condition. This piece is fairly large at 9”x11”. The pottery is heavy like ironstone.
Kendi jars were used for carrying water, wine, medicines, or libations. The hand painted work on this depicts a lion and clouds, which represent power and good fortune.
The piece has no visible cracks or chips. It is hand signed by the artist.
