Distinguished by its geometric "Cone" (Kegel) top, this model offers a more modernist and architectural look compared to traditional classic lanterns. Standing at 223 cm, the lamp features a robust black metal pole and a heavy cast base. The lantern head is protected by a sturdy metal cage structure. Inside, the original thick, textured bubble glass has an amber/smoked tint, which creates a warm, atmospheric glow when illuminated. This fixture combines the indestructibility of industrial street lighting with the refined aesthetics of mid-century design. Condition Report: The lantern is in good vintage condition with weathering and patina on the black painted metal consistent with outdoor use. Note: There is a small hairline crack in the glass.
