The lamp features a classic "architect" style mechanism with an articulated arm that allows for precise adjustment of height and angle. The structure is finished in white lacquer, contrasting with the heavy, circular cast-iron base which features a black textured (wrinkle) finish. The shade is equipped with characteristic elongated slots on the top, designed for heat dissipation and adding a subtle decorative detail. The lamp retains its original label marked "mod.
