A 1990 mixed media painting by the American artist Susan Laufer (born 1950). Titled "Structure Series #15," the work features layers of mixed media, with three dark red and black shapes near the center of the composition, mirrored by three crescent-shapes to the lower left. The work is mounted and displayed in an acrylic box frame with a gallery tag verso.
Susan Laufer received her BFA from Boston University School of Fine Arts and an MA in Painting at New York University. Her work has been displayed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and she has received two National Endowment of the Arts awards for painting.
