The figure, of exceptional craftsmanship, follows the iconographic tradition initiated by the masters of the Renaissance and Neoclassicism. Mercury is depicted with his classic attributes: the winged helmet (petasos) and a posture of ascension on a base that simulates clouds and gusts of wind.

It is a metal sculpture with a refined antique silver finish, which highlights the muscular details and the dynamism of the wings.

The base is a cylindrical column of natural onyx or veined alabaster, providing visual weight and classical elegance.

The lampshade is made of blown glass in a distinctive sky blue tone, evoking the realm of air and sky, the domain of this mythological character.
As a whole, it is Neoclassical in style with Belle Époque influences.
