Early Vintage 1980’s Dian Malouf Oxidized Sterling Silver ‘Signature’ Heart Drop Pin/Brooch, Set With a Turquoise & Spiny Oyster Mosaic Center With a Rope-style Silver Surround & Scroll Bar at the Top.
