A most expressive item of Ambiental Glass Art, created in the legendary "Barovier i Toso-Murano,Italy" ateliers in the 60s, shademade of Murano "strisciante graniglia" (striped granulation) glass (a technique pioneered by Ercole Barovier inthe 1930's, where a fine layer of crystals is added in thin stripes and fused to the inside of the glass, offering thusly a beautiful refraction of the light), mouth blown and molded by hand, in a most elegant Hollywood Regency style, on noble wood support, truly a rare item.
