Iconic pair of Calipso C35 lounge chairs by Saporiti, produced in Italy in the 1980s. Upholstered in original light leather with sculptural, low-slung forms characteristic of postmodern Italian design. The chairs are in beautiful original condition with only minor signs of use consistent with age. Comfortable, expressive, and highly collectible pieces that make a strong statement in both vintage and contemporary interiors. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
