An exceptionally rare and collectible antique fishing lure: the 1904 Heddon "Dowagiac" No. 300 Surface Minnow featuring the desirable early "High Forehead" body shape. This museum-quality specimen is finished in the scarce "Aluminum" colorway (silver finish).
Most importantly, this lure is accompanied by its correct original wooden slide-top box. Finding an early 1900s lure with its matching box is incredibly rare, as most boxes were discarded over the last century.
