Offered is an early 20th Century patented bell corkscrew with a walnut wood handle.
Apparently there are many people obsessed with vintage and antique corkscrews, and we found an overabundance of information on the history of this brand and model. Will add the details below, but this piece is nickel-plated steel and works perfectly. It is referred to as the "advertising" model, meant to sell to restaurants and hotels with their names printed on the handle. And a special note: these corkscrews are meant to work without pulling the cork out - one is meant to just keep twisting until the cork squeezes itself upwards and out.

Measures 4" wide, .5" deep and 6" long
Handle end is marked "WILLIAMSON CO PATENTED AUG 1097 NEWARK N.J.". Nickel-plated steel fitted with web helix, bell, stamped steel wire breaker/crown cap lifter and brass shaft sleeve marked "WILLIAMSON'S".
