a unique armchair designed in the 1950s by arne jacobsen for the sas royal hotel in copenhagen, where they were used in the lobby and reception area. Model 3316 - popularly known as the 'egg' - is the absolute leader in designs associated with danish design. A beautiful minimalist form produced at the fritz hansen factory in the 1980s.

condition: armchair after professional restoration. It is covered in unique natural leather in white and black patches from sørensen leather, used by fritz hansen in an exclusive series of bespoke products.
