This is a small, square-bodied clay teapot featuring a rich, mottled mustard-yellow to brown glaze with a distinct, antique appearance. The surface is adorned with gold-colored graphic embellishments resembling fine splatter and scrollwork, particularly noticeable on the lid and around the body. The main decoration is a hand-painted oriental figure, likely a young boy or deity, depicted in mid-motion with a shaved head (or topknot) and wearing green robes, possibly performing a martial arts stance or flying, with a sweeping blue sash behind him. Small red, rectangular objects, possibly representing firecrackers or scrolls, are painted near the figure. The teapot has a simple loop handle and a short, straight spout. The underside reveals the reddish-brown tone of the clay body beneath the glaze, and there appears to be a faint, impressed mark or seal on the bottom, which could indicate the maker or period.
The base of the teapot features a square, impressed seal mark with four Chinese characters that read "乾隆年製" (Qiánlóng Nián Zhì), which translates to "Made in the Qianlong Reign" (referencing the 1736–1795 Qing Dynasty period), although such marks are commonly used on later wares as a style tribute rather than an indicator of true period production. The overall aesthetic suggests a piece intended for decorative use, showcasing traditional East Asian artistry. ( Not for tea serving )
