We estimate1960-70s. The base and drawers of the desk are walnut. It has an amazing top that uses the beauty of wood grain to create a striped tabletop with a checkered edge. We believe the top might be from cedar. The desk also features two pull out work tops, one on each side. This is a large desk that will serve you well for many years.
