Do we attribute it as modern primitive? Or a Japanese inspired folk furniture?...However you end up categorizing it, we did love it at first sight. We loved the straight lines, the warmth of the brown wood, the industrial feel of the screws; and the simplicity of its genius is what attracted us to it.

So how to use it? We envision it as a side table...by the wall...as a sculpture... though to be utilitarian in function. We see it hosting some pottery pieces, books, or such things as though randomly thrown on it, but of course not so randomly. Or you can put a little lamp on it and it'd act as a background light in a dark corner of a room. Or you can gather round it, sitting on the ground with a friend and a cup of tea, and lounge as you share tales of old and visions of future ambitions. We'll trust your imagination in its use.
