This late 19th century vanity accessory is designed with an 800 silver "holder" attached to a shallow circular hand etched crystal tray. The beautiful etching features detailed trees, a windmill, farmhouse & more. It is, perhaps, Moser glass. The silver elongated handle is, also, highly decorated with scrolls & florals accenting costumed gentry in a courting scene. There is some wear beneath the glass.
