Danish Oak Mirror Wardrobe Model 600 by Aksel Kjersgaard, 1960s.
Scandinavian Mid-Century Modern mirrored wardrobe with frame in solid light Nordic oak. Designed and manufactured by Aksel Kjersgaard, Odder, Denmark in the 1960s.
Deep frame in oak surround the mirror and a section with six turned oak coat pegs and two pockets for storing keys, papers or accessories. Backing clad with coarse light linen fabric.
Aksel Kjersgaard did most of his classic hallway furniture in cooperation with designer Kai Kristiansen. However this mirror is probably designed later.
Makers mark on the back.
Very good original vintage condition with light patina consistent with age and use. Mirror itself has some light age clouding. This piece has an attribution mark,
