A stunning set of 4 large Annieglass "Roman Antique" bowls featuring a sleek, contemporary design with a striking gold-trimmed edge.
Originally introduced in 1983, the Roman Antique collection became a groundbreaking design in dinnerware, combining thick glass with a gold-rimmed edge, all while being dishwasher safe. This collection quickly became iconic and is now sold at luxury retailers like Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdale's, as well as at top hotels and restaurants such as the Bellagio and Ritz Carlton.
Created by glass artist Annie Morhauser, the Roman Antique collection reflects her passion for glass, which began over 30 years ago. Her innovative approach to glass forming, particularly her technique of slumping, continues to define Annieglass as a leader in high-quality, functional art.
Each bowl is signed and dated 1994 on the underside.
