This is a dark gray upholstered wingback bed with footboard. The most distinctive feature is the bobbin-turned or spool-turned legs on both the headboard and footboard, which gives it a vintage or traditional English-inspired style. The upholstery appears to be a dark gray or charcoal fabric.
Hand-applied nailhead trim along the edges of the headboard and footboard.
There is an additional set of side rails in a different size. I imagine this gives the option to use either a calking mattress or traditional king.
