This 19th century Meissen porcelain cabinet figure of a nobleman is beautifully rendered & dressed in a detailed colorful costume of the period. The hand painted porcelain figure is positioned eloquently, upright with one raised hand. The figure is on a round hand painted platform & resembles an orator making a speech. The undersurface displays blue hand painted crossed swords under the glaze. There are no chips, cracks or repairs.
