This … Read more This vintage 19th century hand blown decorated glass goblet is uniquely designed with a beautiful hand rendered enamel painting. This painting depicts a nobleman in period costume raising his glass in a toast. The lifelike depiction of the nobleman is vivid & skillfully painted by an undocumented artist. This subject is positioned between blooming vines. The hand blown glass has a greenish tint & its long stem is embellished with a spiraling coil & floral buds. The rim & base are accented in gold giving the goblet an elegant look. The glass is perfect save a slight chip along the base rim, but it does not detract from the statement made by this drinking glass.
