They are an elegant pair … Read more This vintage highly decorative pair of tall silver-plate candlesticks date from the early 20th century. They are an elegant pair of polished candlesticks that depict detailed scrolling festooned, festooned with floral garland accents & multiple picturesque framed shields. Each of these shields features Continental scenes of the 19th century European country life. The candlesticks have the original bobeches. The base of each candlestick is marked with five hallmarks identifying the maker. They are in very good condition without dents or silver loss. The bobeches do show some wear.
