The standing figure of a young Parisian gentleman is elaborately costumed in period clothing.
The porcelain is beautifully sculpted & wonderfully hand painted. He is seen holding a monocle up near to his right eye, as if to render an opinion. The underside of the base has some value markings, but nothing clear enough to establish a maker.
