The table was designed in the 1980s by Hank Kwint and produced by Metaform, based in the Netherlands. The table's design draws on the Dutch Modernist designs of Martin Visser or international designs by Poul Kjaerholm or Florence Knoll, but still plays with minimalism by adding details such as cross-legged legs and leaving open spaces, making the pieces appear to float. The glass top stays securely in place thanks to four rubber feet attached between the frame and the glass. The beauty of glass coffee tables is that they don't seem to take up much space because you can see through them. This allows you to still enjoy your beautiful floor or rug, for example. The table measures 110 cm by 116 cm and is 36 cm high. See less
