These are hard to find and this one is in very good vintage condition. These high gloss enamel paint is vibrant and shiny. There is some paint loss alone the open filagree rim with age appropriate metal patina present. The company invented electrostatic industrial painting which is why the blue base coast is so vibrant. Tge flora is hand painted on. See less
