A third generation Mexican glass … Read more This striking set of mid-century tumblers are an incredible example of Felipe Derflingher’s artist vision. A third generation Mexican glass craftsman in Mexico City, he was active in the 1960s and 1970s and heavily influenced by the Mid Century Modern styles of the time. These tumblers, caged in stamped iron, would make great home accents as candleholders, with beautifully vibrant shades of green and amber. The green glasses range from 5” to 5.5”high and 3”wide. The amber range from 7.5” to 7.75” high and 3”wide. The glasses are unmarked. All are in very good condition for age and use. Some patina on the iron and a small chip on one of the green glass edges.
