Raised design of hexagonal beehive or tortoise back pattern decorate the sides of the suiban.
Flat raised rim.
Stands sturdy on four squat cabriole legs.
Suibans are intended for displaying flowers (with a kenzan) or for displaying suiseki scholar stones for viewing and contemplation.
