Chulucanas-style pottery is made in far north of Peru in a technique that dates back to pre-Incan times. Basic materials, such as clay, sand, and mango leaves remain the same while, climate, the fourth component, leaves it imprint in the final texture and color of the item.
Each pieces is inscribed on the bottom with the artisan name and date of manufacture.
