Vintage 1991 Peking Handicraft Christmas pillow featuring a hand-worked wool needlepoint scene of a snowman and reindeer surrounded by snowy evergreens, a red barn and winter landscape. The rich blue ground, saturated holiday colors and detailed stitching give the pillow the nostalgic storybook quality associated with early Peking Handicraft holiday designs.
The needlepoint front is paired with a red cotton velvet back and hidden zipper for a finished, substantial look. A charming seasonal accent for a sofa, entry bench, guest room or collected Christmas display.
