These Chinese gouache paintings were made as souvenirs to foreign visitors and were painted on delicate pith paper which comes from the stem of a native Chinese plant. These are carefully framed in contemporary gold gilt frames with beautiful silk mats. Framed and acquired in Savannah, Georgia.
