Made in-house in our Katonah NY studio using a border piece from an antique Kerman rug fragment circa 1800, though possible as early as the late 1700s, with a high gloss silk-like wool pile. Hang it up as an art piece or put it to use with a daily/weekly change out of notes, photos, or reminders. Newly made featuring an antique rug fragment that itself may show signs of use and age including but not limited to foundation showing, fade, etc. This piece has some slightly threadbare areas.
