This very decorative enamel picture was handcrafted in the former GDR / East Germany during the 1960s by the then renown 'Steg-Email' manufactory. It shows a nicely enameled floral motif with pansies, using the classic cloisonné technique. The enameled plate is mounted on a fabric covered base - a very beautiful handcrafted work.
