The lampshade's height can be adjusted using two cords. The tilt can be changed by adjusting the rectangular base. According to Quittenbaum Auction House, only about 1,000 of these lamps were produced.

Black plastic, metal cords.

Good used condition. Minor wear. Fully functional. The type of bulb could not be determined, as I haven't figured out how to open the lamp head.
