The artwork showcases a charming stitched-sampler style house motif—warm, nostalgic, and full of character—paired with a deep burnt umber frame that adds quiet sophistication.

The mat board is painted in a gold finish with subtle brown detailing, intentionally distressed for dimension and visual warmth. The contrast between the refined burnt umber metallic frame, the rustic sampler pattern, and the hand-finished mat gives the piece a curated, designer-collected feel.

This piece is sustainably made. The frame and mat are sourced secondhand, refinished, repainted, and rebuilt by hand, and the backing is made from repurposed materials such as clean, unused cardboard from shipping boxes.
