this exceptional first edition seagull chair, designed by stenerik eriksson and gösta berg for fritz hansen, captures the fluid elegance and sculptural presence that made the model a true mid-century classic.
the model was produced by fritz hansen in denmark and is better known as the mågen (seagull) chair.
it was manufactured for a short period only, between 1968 and 1973, and is considered one of the iconic chairs of late 1960s danish design.
