The FontanaArte archives stand as a collection of ideas, of sketches on paper and designs,
which are initially just drafted in-house and then developed over the years until they have reached their full potential,
to become part of the FontanaArte collection.
The designs that derive from the archives are not associated with the name of one designer alone
(some attribute this lamp to just Max Ingrand who was artistic director of FontanaArte for one decade, starting from 1954 ),
but are the fruit of team work including Max Ingrand, of the collective creative energy of the professionals
that work in the company.
The design is from 1954, this lamp is a later version.
White lacquered metal base, satin opal blown glass lampshade, double dimmer. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
