The clean lines, floral carvings, and architectural proportions of the table elegantly reflect French style. Typical features include the tapered, fluted legs and the curved, symmetrically structured central frame. This lends the desk elegance and lightness despite its impressive size. The body is crafted from mahogany and displays a fine, warm grain with a subtle sheen. The completely new, soft leather top is particularly noteworthy, giving the piece an exceptionally stylish appearance. Perfect for a château, cottage, or library-style interior that appreciates both style and history. Material: Mahogany, olive-green recycled leather (completely new). Dimensions in cm: H 75 / W 150 / D 100. Origin: France. Originally, the table served as an elegant writing station, equipped for handwritten correspondence, writing utensils, and paper storage. The central drawer provided space for sealed letters, quill pens, and documents. Today, thanks to its size and presence, it serves as a stylish workspace.
