They were decorator-sourced and made by … Read more These are Sanderson drapery panels and valances printed from original William Morris print blocks. They were decorator-sourced and made by a prominent drapier in his workshop in Atlanta. The drapery fabric itself is luxurious and is very heavy cotton and is heavily pleated Each panel is double-lined and includes a layer of blackout fabric. The draperies are complemented by four, custom fabric, room-darkening shades with clutch rollers.

These draperies were made for a bedroom with four, standard windows. Thus there are eight, pleated panels, four valances, and four roller shades available. The valances have smocking at the top and string fringe at the bottom. Also included are the wooden frames for the valances and the travers rods with hardware for the drapes. The overall height of draperies and sconces is 93 inches. All of the fabric is in 'like new' condition and has never been exposed to tobacco smoke. The drapes feature the Morris Cray design. The pattern # is PR8594/2 and the batch is 31101. All of the fringes are Samuel & Sons Richmond Fine Bullion Fringe (color 03) and the cording is Samuel & Sones Cambridge cord with tape (color 04).
