THREE VINTAGE GERMAN CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS - CLOTH WREATH & TREE, & HOTEL KRONBERG
Three vintage Christmas ornaments from Germany from family trips in 1984 and 2000. The two cloth ornaments (the tree and wreath) are from a trip to the Nuremberg Christmas market in 1985, and the Schlosshotel Kronberg ornament is from 2000 from a trip to Frankfurt.
The Schlosshotel Kronberg is a beautiful estate built by the daughter of England’s Queen Victoria. Scenes from “The Crown” series were filmed in the hotel’s elegant rooms.
This group of three ornaments is ready to hang on your tree!!
- A 1984 felt cloth wreath ornament from the Nuremberg Christmas market. It has red hearts with sequins around the wreath. 2 1/2 inches wide. The felt cloth has thinned in a couple places.
- A 1984 felt cloth Christmas tree ornament also from the Nuremberg Christmas market. It has red hearts with sequins going up the middle of the tree. 3 1/4 inches tall x 2 3/4 inches wide. The felt cloth is worn through in a few places on the back.
- A round souvenir ornament from the beautiful Schlosshotel Kronberg from a family visit in 2000. 3 inches wide. The hotel is still a royal residence and recently featured in “The Crown”.
