The white reticulated rim is finished with gold accent points, framing a raised, textured medallion with gilt and enamel highlights. The central image depicts a traditional pagoda and surrounding landscape, and is artist-signed in Japanese kanji at the lower right.

Produced as a mid-century Japanese export piece, the plate reads “Keito Japan Fine China” on the reverse.
