It was Constructed - Repurposed by a well … Read more This is a Great Looking and Quite Unusual Sterling Silver Candle Snuffer. It was Constructed - Repurposed by a well Seasoned Silversmith at Some Point in the Past Out of Multiple Parts & Pieces of Antique Sterling Silver Items as Follows. The Handle ( Marked Sterling) was Originally a Handle off of a Button Hook. The Center Shaft was an Inkwell Type Dipper Pen. I am Not Sure What the Large Snuffer Part Was ? but It has Turkish or Possibly Persian Hallmarks that Indicate its Solid Silver Content ( Tested to be 900 Fine Coin Silver ). The Small Band Between the Top of the Cone and the Round Ball Finial was Originally a Winding Stem on an Old Silver Pocket Watch. The Ball Finial was Probably Hand Made by the Silversmith that Created This Truly a One of a Kind Candle Snuffer. It is in Excellent Condition. A Lot of Thought and Planning went into Making This Piece and Really Does have a Great Unique Look!.

It is Large Scale Measuring Overall Approx.
2 1/4 inches Tall.
9 1/2 inches Long.
2 inches Wide.
