The lamp retains the original makers mark cast into the elbow plate – ‘the anglepoise’ the 4 springs allow the lamp to be positioned and angled with a light touch that then keeps its position, making a perfectly balanced and functional lamp. Perfect for many table tops and desks in the home and workplace, this classic, adjustable lamp is a must have and will fit well in any décor.

dimensions: arm 1 : 45cm arm 2: 45cm shade diameter : 18cm origin : england circa : 1930s workshop report : this lamp is in its original condition, lightly cleaned and waxed. There is some paint wear in places and a few minor dings to the shade, the lamp retains its original black paint and crinkle paint to the base with wear in places. It has been rewired with 2.5m twisted brown flex and a ce certified bayonet bulbholder and 3 pin uk plug. Lamp has been pat tested. i have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
