This footed vessel has a beautiful crackle-glazed finish, a signature hallmark of Takahashi’s handmade ceramics from the 1960s–1980s.

The lid includes vented openings, making it ideal for use as an incense burner, potpourri box, or simply as an eye-catching decorative accent. The shape is wonderfully sculptural, with a square body, soft curves, and four petite feet.

Marked “Hand Decorated • Takahashi San Francisco” on the base, with the original gold foil Takahashi label still intact. A delightful addition to any blue & white collection, Chinoiserie vignette, or mid-century decorative grouping.
