This is an original vintage Ligne Roset Kashima 3-seater sofa - a rare and iconic design by Michel Ducaroy, France. Sourced in Europe and professionally restored in-house by our team.
This particular Kashima is especially rare for us. We don’t come across many Kashima modules in this condition, and when we do, they move quickly. This is the only Kashima piece currently in our Brooklyn studio, and its presence is frankly immaculate - the kind of piece we reserve for clients who understand just how scarce and collectible these modular Ducaroy designs have become.
Reupholstered in Vanilla Corduroy, the sofa’s soft ribbed texture enhances the Kashima’s sculptural tufting and deep, plush contours. The preserved original structure - renewed with fresh high-end materials - delivers the famously relaxed, cloud-like comfort that makes the Kashima line one of Ducaroy’s most celebrated modular designs.
The tone, Vanilla, is a warm, creamy neutral that brings quiet brightness to a space. Soft, tactile, and modern, it balances vintage character with contemporary calm - a perfect match for the Kashima’s inviting silhouette.
